On your invoice, we will ask for your business Employer Identification Number (EIN) and Sales Tax Permit number. If your business is tax exempt, kindly furnish us with a Sales Tax Exempt Certificate along with your initial order and payment to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Minimum Orders:
A minimum order quantity of 25 pieces is required. For larger orders exceeding $5000, special arrangements will be made to ensure expedited shipping times. We collaborate closely with our manufacturer to fulfill large orders promptly and efficiently.

Back Orders/Pre-Orders:
In the event of back-ordered or pre-ordered items, you will be promptly notified via text or email. You will have the option to either hold the entire order or pay additional shipping fees for the delayed items. Failure to respond within 2 days will result in the exclusion of back-ordered items from your shipment, with the in-stock items being shipped accordingly. Additional shipping charges may apply upon the arrival of back-ordered items.

Payment Terms:
All orders must be prepaid via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
AMEX, and Paypal. Your payment will be processed prior to order fulfillment, with
shipping charges applied at the time of order placement.

Shipping:
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and 1-7 days for shipping, with a maximum delivery period of 10 business days. Orders are shipped exclusively via USPS from our location in Brooklyn, NY. For large orders exceeding $5000, extended packing or shipping times may apply due to the nature of small batch production.
International shipping rates will be determined at checkout, and customers are
responsible for any applicable duty, taxes, or customs fees.

Shipping Restrictions:
Certain products may require special shipping arrangements to mitigate heat sensitivity during transit. While we employ temperature-controlled shipping methods, please notify us if you reside in an area with extreme warm weather conditions to accommodate additional shipping measures.

Refused Shipments:
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with any incurred
shipping costs for re-dispatching the order. The recipient is responsible for covering all associated shipping expenses borne by UDODI, LLC.

Order Turnaround Times:
Our standard order processing timeframe is 7-10 days, depending on order volume and content. Larger orders exceeding $5000 may necessitate an additional 2-6 weeks for production. However, once we understand your requirements, we strive to maintain adequate stock levels for expedited shipping. During peak seasons, such as holidays,
please anticipate potential delays in order fulfillment due to increased demand.

Shipping Damage Claims:
While we take meticulous care to safeguard your orders during transit, please report any damages within 7 days of receiving the merchandise via TEXT/WHATSAPP: 917-936-8890. For damages exceeding 10% of the order, the recipient may be required to return the damaged products to UDODI, LLC or USPS for claim processing. We provide one hassle-free replacement per year; subsequent claims will require the customer to initiate the claims process.

purchase, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return
shipping fees, with the option to request discounted return labels. Returns must be initiated via phone call only at 917-936-8890. Opened products may only be returned due to damage, premature expiration, or recall.

Private Label:
Products purchased from UDODI Skincare are protected under the UDODI trademark and must bear the UDODI name. Unauthorized resale or reproduction of products under this trademark is strictly prohibited.
