Wholesale Shipping Policy

Shipping:
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and 1-7 days for shipping, with a maximum delivery period of 10 business days. Orders are shipped exclusively via USPS from our location in Brooklyn, NY. For large orders exceeding $5000, extended packing or shipping times may apply due to the nature of small batch production.
International shipping rates will be determined at checkout, and customers are
responsible for any applicable duty, taxes, or customs fees.

Shipping Restrictions:
Certain products may require special shipping arrangements to mitigate heat sensitivity during transit. While we employ temperature-controlled shipping methods, please notify us if you reside in an area with extreme warm weather conditions to accommodate additional shipping measures.

Refused Shipments:
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, along with any incurred
shipping costs for re-dispatching the order. The recipient is responsible for covering all associated shipping expenses borne by UDODI, LLC.

Order Turnaround Times:
Our standard order processing timeframe is 7-10 days, depending on order volume and content. Larger orders exceeding $5000 may necessitate an additional 2-6 weeks for production. However, once we understand your requirements, we strive to maintain adequate stock levels for expedited shipping. During peak seasons, such as holidays,
please anticipate potential delays in order fulfillment due to increased demand.

Shipping Damage Claims:
While we take meticulous care to safeguard your orders during transit, please report any damages within 7 days of receiving the merchandise via TEXT/WHATSAPP: 917-936-8890. For damages exceeding 10% of the order, the recipient may be required to return the damaged products to UDODI, LLC or USPS for claim processing. We provide one hassle-free replacement per year; subsequent claims will require the customer to initiate the claims process.

  • Is using a SPF moisturizer daily necessary?
Using SPF is the secret to great skin! It'll keep wrinkles, fine lines, crows feet, loss of volume and elasticity at bay. The ozone layer is depleting, so don't leave the house without your SPF moisturizer of at least 30 and up.
